argus-clients-3.0.6 rabins, rastream memory leak

Gentle people,
We've got a memory leak in the newest versions of rabins.1 and rastream.1.
I'm working on them now, but I have confirmed that long lived rastream processes
do collection the memory.  If you are using rastream.1, please consider testing
the patches when I make them available.

Should have a fix for you later tomorrow, which I will send to the list.
