ratop hangs server

Hey Zach,
Hmmm, sorry for the delayed response !!!!!  With radium between argus and ratop,
there shouldn't be anything that locks up argus.  This is an important problem
so if you can reproduce it, I'd like to fix it.  Do you have any syslog entries for
the time that argus locked up?
