Argus 3.0.5.6 failed to compile on Ubuntu Server 11.10

I'll give it a test on my Unbuntu system later today.
So a correct quick fix would be to define IPPROTO_TTP in the code before its use:

#if !defined(IPPROTO_TTP)
#define	IPPROTO_TTP		84		/* TTP */
#endif
