Errors reading flow-tools files w/ new argus-clients

Hey Will,
The unknown source type means that the flow tools library wasn't found by ./configure.
How did you call ./configure? What is the output of the config.log?
You should have a define in your ./include/argus_config.h, after the ./configure is over, if all is well:
% fgrep FLOWTOOLS ./include/*.h
./include/argus_config.h:#define HAVE_FLOWTOOLS /**/
And there should be a link to libft.a in your ./lib directory, when its done.
If all of that looks good, make sure you're calling the new ra().
