new argus database support scripts and methods

Luca Deri (of ntop/PF_RING fame) has a flow-collector, nprobe, which
supports FastBit databases (see https://sdm.lbl.gov/fastbit/ and Luca's
paper http://luca.ntop.org/Fastbit.pdf).

I'm not sure whether they're better yet; they certainly are fast to
query, but the querying tools aren't as flexible and easy to use as
those in Argus clients. I'm don't know whether it would be easy to add
FastBit support to Argus, perhaps along the lines of rasql and rasqlinsert.

Best Wishes,
Chris
