More IPv6 stuff - aggregation and geolocation

Hey Chris,
Yes, I'll look at the aggregation right now.

I did not turn on the IPv6 country code section, but I will do that now.
Do you have any data I can use for testing?
Doesn't need to be more than 3 or 4 records, but having different nets
would be helpful.
