argus client flow-tools support for ubuntu

hi carter,

Sorry for previous email, I figured out that argus can't find the library
location and that's why failed to compile, so if I do -

./configure --with-libft=/usr/lib

Everything is fine and argus clients compile successfully, I can start
testing flow-tools support functionality ;)
