Compile failure on 3.0.5.6 - Bivio hardware/pcap

Hey Jason,
Here is a patch for the bug fixes for Bivio. I've included the new ArgusSource.c just for convenience.
Replace ./argus/ArgusSource.c with this file, and recompile.
The patch is now in the refreshed argus-3.0.5.6.tar.gz that is up on the server, if you want to just start from scratch.
