Typos in ra manpage

Found another two typos in the ra manpage:

1)
The ra manual state that proto flag 'v' (column 2) is:
   802.11Q encapsulations/tags
This should be:
   802.1Q encapsulations/tags

2)
The ra manual state that proto flag 'd' (column 5) is:
   Silence suppression used by src
This should be:
   Silence suppression used by dst
