3.0.3.5 ra and -n....

After building 3.0.3.5 clients, I notice that "ra" is by default
not doing DNS lookups.  Poking a bit further, it takes "ra -nnn ..."
for them to reappear and the other values are similarly off.
It's as if there's an off-by-one issue in counting "n" flag.

However, I fear I may have done the build wrong.

Are others seeing this behavior?
