That's works to get the bind right.  It appears that the Sun supplied 
tcp_wrappers (SUNWtcpd) fix_options() call is causing the problems when 
an ra client connects.  When last testing I must have done something 
that prevented it from finding the libraries in /usr/sfw/lib.  The 
tcp_wrappers 7.6 from ftp.porcupine.com works fine, so I'll go with that.

Now to get a Sun cc and see what happens with threads...
