argus 3.0.3.10 fails to build with sasl

Hey Peter,
This is pretty standard.  A better strategy for argus would be to not provide a ./configure
script, and run autoconf against the configure.in file we provide.  That would have
eliminated your situation.  But some machines don't have autoconf installed, and
so we provide a usable ./configure script (in this case made on a Mac OS X 10.6.3
machine).  Since it was not created on the target machine, there is a chance it will
not run correctly.

Its always best to run autoconf() when you get a new package, if the original
./configure script doesn't do the right thing.
