rabins 3.0.3.17 broken?

Hi,

rabins 3.0.3.17 seems to be broken:

rabins  -M soft time 10m -r /var/log/argus/argus.log 

works as expected. Adding a time range:

rabins  -M soft time 10m -r /var/log/argus/argus.log -t 2010/07/28

won't work, I get only values for 00:00 and 00:10. Same effect with 
-t -1d. At the same time, 

ra  -r /var/log/argus/argus.log -t 2010/07/28
ra  -r /var/log/argus/argus.log -t -1d

deliver the expected result. The last version I used was 3.0.3.11, so I
don't know exactly, were the bug was introduced.
