puzzling bug in ra output

Hey Russell,
What field width specification are you using for the stime field in your .rarc file?  The default width is probably not big enough.

Since changing the version of argus-client to 3.0.2 on one machine I notice that 

RA_TIME_FORMAT="%y/%m/%d %T"

produce time with just the hour e.g.  "10/02/24 19"   

The argus files were created with a argus-3.0.0 server.

Any idea what is going on?
