bivio support

Gentle people,
For those that have Bivio 7000's, argus is being included in Bivio's
Application Library, so we're going to get some direct involvement
from Bivio for issues etc.....  yay!!!!!

I've just now added mods for their "default" device, as provided by
Bivio,  and they seem to think that all is working well on the B7000.

In support of this, we can start a Bivio page to discuss specifics for
running argus on 7000's if there is an interest.    argus-3.0.3, which
starts very soon, is going to be focused on multi-core architectures,
and so hopefully with Bivio in the wings, we can get something that
really performs very well in multi-core/ multi-processor environments.

I know we are having some issues with radium() collecting on the B7000,
but hopefully we'll be making progress on that front soon!!!!!
