new clients distribution on dev server

Gentle people,
New clients are on the server that fix a large number of little things,
such as little-endian issues with radump() printing Authoritative
answers to DNS queries, merging issues with TCP stats if the
first record in an aggregate is an ARGUS_TCP_INIT Dsr, which
normally only happens if you are generating argus records
faster then 0.1 seconds.

A major set of changes for rahisto(), so you don't have to specify
the range of the frequency distribution.  This causes rahisto() to
read files twice, once to get some sense of the range, max and mins,
and then to actually do the bin assignments and do the stats.
If you have HUGE files, or you want to process live streams, be sure
and specify a range for the analysis.

A HUGE fix relates to the use of the '-M rmon' option, so this new
distribution is very important if you do a lot of stats, so please  
grab as when you get
a chance.
