Sounds like there may be an argus.conf file in your ArgusPath or
in /etc that is poorly formed. You can test this by running argus with
the "-X" option, so it won't read any conf files at all.
Or you can run with -D 1 and see if you get and ArgusParseResourceFile
debug messages?
