latest argus 3.0 + daemon mode

Not sure if I missed something, but the latest argus 3.0 (as of an hour ago)
doesn't seem to want to go into daemon mode for me with -d.

[root at sen1 tmp]# /usr/local/sbin/argus -d -i eth1 -w
/nsm/argus/arg_cap_03170814
  ArgusWarning: argus[17547]: 17 Mar 08 14:24:59.856271 started

It is running just fine, but just doesn't seem to background itself.

Thoughts?
