Hey Eric,
The "-L " option does this.  "-L 0" will print it once, "-L 40" will print the headers every 40 lines, etc ......

Aside from this, what ever happened to the 2.x options of being able
to print headers that define each column?

This seems to have gotten lost in 3.x, and people that aren't Argus
geniuses could really benefit from it (even just in ra(), let alone
other ra* tools).
