Time Issue on OpenBSD 4.2 with rc.69 (Was: Re: Sparc64 OpenBSD4.1 Compile issue)

Yep, I found the bug.  I also found my problems with OpenBSD /etc/ 
resolv.conf.
If I remove the default "lookup file bind",  things work very well  
indeed.

Ok, I've got some serious cleanup to do on this timestamp thing, but
I should have a working 64-bit OpenBSD by the end of the day.
ratop() is a disaster, probably a curses/termcap issue, but I'll try to
have it going as well.
