Not to butt in, but the Intel machines are all running the 32-bit "i386" kernel,
The various Sparcs are running either OpenBSD Sparc64 or Solaris 10.

The default i386 installer for OpenBSD is 32-bit, even on x86_64
(IA64) hardware.\
Switching OpenBSD to the 64-bit kernel requires reinstalling the OS.

In order to run OpenBSD 64-bit on Intel, you want the AMD64 release,
ftp://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/4.2/amd64/cd42.iso

Alternately, if you'd like a (free) UltraSparc for testing, I can arrange that.
