Time Issue on OpenBSD 4.2 with rc.69 (Was: Re: Sparc64 OpenBSD4.1 Compile issue)

	I just did an upgrade to OpenBSD 4.2 from 3.8 on my machine here. 
Assuming it has done more than just boot I'll try 3.0 on it (32 bit Intel) 
and see what happens to me.
