Ragraph modified to work with rrdtool-1.2.15

Hello Carter,

one thing to note, ragraph didn't work immediately with rrdtool version 
1.2.15;
I have had to add this line as a workaround in ragraph.pl:
> use lib qw( /usr/local/rrdtool-1.2.15/lib/perl/ ../lib/perl );
I don't know if it is the best way to solve this, but ... works for me.
