argus archive support in argus-3.0, rastream()

Sounds good and neatly gets around the boundary and sorting problems.  I
would happily use this as I am expanding my sensor network to cover all
the links in the core of our network -- about 10 interconnected
routers.  rastream and radium makes it feasible to get all the data into
one archive.
