Gentle people,
With the reports that we have apparently solved the memory problem in  
argus-3.0,
I have moved onto getting the code ready for release.  There are a  
few things left
to do, primarily XML support and Management Report printing and  
processing.

We have elected to not support threads in argus-3.0, and to make that  
a priority
for argus-3.1, along with database support.  I've modified the  
clients so they are
not using threads, the only major impact is that while ratop() is  
reading from a
remote live data source, it will pause reading while you type in  
commands.

We spent a lot of time on the memory issues, and so we're way behind
schedule, but the code is better for the exercise.  If you find  
anything that
did not get into these sets of release code, please send mail ASAP, so
we can get them in before the official argus-3.0 release.
