ra and srcid: bug

Hey Wolfgang,
So on all my machines, ra resolves the name fine, if the name
is resolvable.  So if you could do a few more things, I'll try to
fix.  If you could compile your clients with the .debug tagfile
in the root directory to enable the -D option:
    % touch .debug
    % ./configure
    % make clean;make

and then run the resulting ra with these options:
    ra -D12 -b - srcid swobspace
