argus with sasl2 installation

Hey Peter,
That really shouldn't be an issue, the code is doing this:
       ac_cv_sasl_where_lib=${with_sasl}/lib
       ac_cv_sasl_where_inc=${with_sasl}/include

So, its putting the '/' in the right place, but if its not, I need to  
know!!!!!!
I think the patch I sent should do all that is needed!!!!
