good new all around.  The new rc.42 builds fine without SASL2 now.
The numbers are all correct, too.  Thanks for the fixes!

I'm such a pest with reporting the documentation niggles because
I won't remember them when I'm no longer a newbie and have become
used to the ways of Argus. :-)

I'l try to do a build with SASL2 later this week.
