Missing racount ragator rasort in RA 3.0.0.rc.39

I've compiled Argus and RA 3.0.0.rc.39 on OpenBSD 4.0 which works, however I'm missing racount, ragator, rasort, and ramon, as well as the configuration files (/etc/argus.conf and /etc/ra.conf)  Any idea on what's wrong or how I can get the rest of the RA client programs?
