rc.40: problem with ragraph an time format?

Hi,

/usr/local/bin/ragraph bytes -nn -M 1m -title 'icmp' -t 2007/02/27 \
 -r /var/argus/archive/2007/02/argus-2007-02-27-00:00:00.log \
    /var/log/argus/argus.log \
    -w /var/www/argus/eligate1/icmp/current.png - srcid eligate1 and icmp

works with rc.39, but in rc.40:

/usr/local/bin/ragraph: unable to create `/tmp/fileAK5FAf.rrd': start time:
unparsable time: 

What's going wrong?
