ratop

[Carter Bullard]

This is a carry over from the .threads problems.  ratop requires  
threads, and
so if this tag file is not there, ratop probably won't be compiled.
Threads should be ok now, so, do this:

    % touch .threads
    % ./configure; make

and see that that changes anything.
