Argus memory issues

Hey Peter,
I've upload a new 
ftp://qosient.com/dev/argus-3.0/argus-3.0.0.smallmemory.rc.1.tar.gz
that adds the output processor to the mix.  This doesn't write out good 
records, but it
does exercise all the components, so it should represent the memory 
footprint of a
working argus...., so check it out.  You can run this with .threads to 
see if there is
a difference.  We do want to have a working threaded argus(), so 
hopefully this will
work.
