Argus memory issues

Let's let that cook for a while.  I'll add the rest of the functionality tonight so we can have a working argus.
When you kill this version, (HUP,INT) it should print out some peerformance stats.  With a .memory tagfile, it will print out peak memory use (max memory allocated) without the tag, you'll get total bytes allocated.

	Looks like there was something left over from previous out of memory
conditions on the machine. After a reboot it seems to be working fine (although
load isn't all that high yet):
