argus vs tcpdumped traffic from FreeBSD tun interface

So the problem is coming from argus not understanding the interface type
that libpcap is reporting for the source of the packets.  I'll fix  
this today.

Send those other bug reports as you get them, and thanks for the bug
report!!!!!!!
