argus-*-rc.30 on the server

Gentle people,
I've uploaded argus-[clients]-3.0.0.rc.30 to the dev directory on  
qosient.com.

This has many, many changes, one being a memory leak that should
motivate everyone to change.  This has the long discussed chroot/ 
setuid/setgid
implementation, so everyone, get a copy and do the do, so to speak.

If there are any issues, questions, comment, ...., don't hesitate to  
send to the
email list.  And Thanks for all the help!!!!!!!!
