Problems with RA and 64bit

Argus 2.0.6 is not 64-bit clean, so you can't interchange the data between a 
64 bit system and 32 bit system without some work.  If you compile the Argus 
stuff on a 32 bit system and run it on the 64 bit system you can read the 32 
bit Argus files.  I've done this and had no problems.
