ArgusEye GUI initial release

I've put up a web page for ArgusEye, you can find it at

It is not very much, but it's a start. I would be happy for reports, if the tool
is working for you and of course all suggestions for further development are
very welcome.

Please mail the bugs directly to me. For other issues on the GUI it would be
very nice to have the permission to discuss them on this list as well, although
the GUI is not an official part of the argus project...
