new argus rc's on the server

Gentle people,
I've uploaded new argus and client code to the development directory.

This should fix all the outstanding issues on the list.  If your  
problem was
not addressed, please send me some mail, so I can get to it.

I'm going on vacation all of next week, so I won't be active on the  
list,
but if you find something please don't hesitate to send a note.  I'll  
get to
it as soon as I get back.

Thanks for all the help.   I hope you have a great 4th of July
(holiday for the US members, day for the rest of us) and I hope the
summer (for the northern hemisphere) or winter (for the upside down
people ;o) has been an excellent one!!!!
