radium.conf RADIUM_SET_PID not working

Hey Robin,
     Well, I ripped it out in the cleanup.  I'm putting it back in now.
     I'm changing the resource file variable to RA_SET_PID, instead
     of RADIUM_SET_PID, and I've added a RA_PID_PATH, so you
     can change the directory to one of your own choosing.

     The default path for the pid file iis  /var/run.
