ra.1 patch against argus-clients-3.0.0.rc.6.tar.gz

	A corrected copy of the ra.1 man page :-). I missed the end state flag
and the flgs (and lots more printable commands) wasn't in the man page so I
added flgs (but not all the rest). So now putting the 

startime flgs proto saddr sport dir daddr dport pkts bytes state

string in the conf file gives the default output.
