So I am not getting any kind of problems with radium. You will have to be root to listen on any privledged ports ( under 1024 ).
You should have gotten some form of error messages?

Subject: [ARGUS] radium things

Hi ya,

I was testing the new radium tool and notice a few things:

1) It coredumps when connecting with non-root account to remote Argus daemons.
    $ radium -Slocalhost:562 -Slocalhost:563 -w /tmp/argus.radium
    Bus error (core dumped)

2) When trying to run radium as a server (-P561) it won't create a listening
    interface.
