Gentle people,
So I have new distribution files up on qosient.com that have
fixes for the discovered problems so far.  These should have
fixed:
    1) *.o files that were in the original tarfiles,
    2) the "make clean" and "make clobber" routines to do the right
         thing.
    3) the definition of ntohll, when byteswap.h isn't there.
         currently this is fixed for FreeBSD, and probably will
         still affect OpenBSD and all the *BSDs.
    4) the HAVE_ETHER_HOSTTON define's to do the
         right thing for providing external defintions for these
         routines where needed.
     5) corrected the array lengths for the list of Printable
          fields for the command line specifications.
