	Well I'm 1 for 3 so far (just before being sucked in to meetings). 
Doesn't compile on FreeBSD 4.9, Mac OS 10.3 on a G4, but does (and whats more
seems to run) on Suse 9.2 with the ring buffer code in place on a dual Athelon.
I can see my work is cut out for me :-) (I have a few more FreeBSD versions to 
beat on too). I'm hoping to be able to buy a pair of IBM P520 Power5 boxes
this afternoon to put Suse and the ring buffer code on, otherwise it will 
be a Sun 4200 dual Opteron box.
