viewing xml

I am not very familiar with raxml and I am by no means an XML expert
either. Normally in an XML document (at least the ones I've worked
with), the DTD is referenced at the top of the document. It might look
something like this:

<!DOCTYPE web-app
    PUBLIC "-//Sun Microsystems, Inc.//DTD Web Application 2.2//EN"

I believe the DTD can also be declared within the source XML file
instead of in an external file.

Can you describe what happens when you attempt to open the XML file
manually using IE or Firefox?
