Peter mentioned to me that the "-C" option is now taking <host:port>
arguments and "-P" has been moved to "precision". Yes Peter, clearly I don't
want 2003 digits of precision! :)

Anyway - I seem to now have this problem..

$ ra -D 9 -C 163.194.x.173:2003

I went back to 2.0.6 to try it out too, and the same problem exists between
2.0.6 and 2.0.6.fixes.1

Any ideas are appreciated!
