Compile probles on RHE

Hi All,
	For the first time in years I compiled 2.0.6-fixes1 on a linux box
running RHE.  I found that I had to change common/gencode.c to include
pcap-bpf.h rather than net/bpg.h

At least it compiles now, I assume it will work :)
