Hey Andrew,
The plan is to make one final post of patches when we release 3.0.  So, yes we'll incorporate some changes.  And of course anything that improves documentation is always welcome.

Are you planning on making any further fixes to the 2.0.6 line?

I've had a bug reported recently that the help text of rahistogram isn't
correct, with respect to the time specification.
