	As a data point on one of the earlier 3.0 releases (perhaps rc21) 
I saw this same message in a V3 data stream (3.0 argus and 3.0 ra) running in 
parallel with my production 2.0.6 server. When I upgraded to rc25 I couldn't 
find it again (even in the older records) and figured it was a bug that had 
been fixed but perhaps not ...
