is 2.0.6.fixes.1 the preferred patch target?

	fixes.1 is the current preferred target. Carter will integrate patches
against it in to his CVS tree. I will hopefully find the time to publish again
all the patches on top of fixes.1 that I know of (they have all been on this
list at one time or another, its the collection in one place thats missing at
the moment).
