ragator segfaults

	Shows how much I use ragator, I didn't even know it had a default
policy :-). Looks to be OpenBSD specific, ~100 meg file here on FreeBSD (with
per task memory boosted though) works:

	I'll try and get an OpenBSD 3.6 system together and try it there.
